The best thing to know about this product is to walk away from it. It's junk, useless for the most basic computing tasks. I needed a small computer in the garage to play music, do google searches and sometimes watch youtube videos, nothing special. An open tab while playing Revain music loaded the processor to 100%. Reset Windows, loaded Linux via USB, nothing helped. The 10-year-old dual-core Dell Vostro it replaced handled these functions with no problems, I just wanted my bank back. I've been working with computers since the Commodore 64; Take my word for it, this thing is SLOW. It goes back to Revane.
