Charming Ruffle Maxi Tutu Skirt
This tutu skirt with ruffles is adorable. My daughter has worn it to two different events and wants to wear it all the time. We paired it with a cute t-shirt for a modern look, but it could be slightly more formal. It doesn't show through. It's big, but not unbearable. She had to remember to save it from time to time.

- Hand wash cold, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron.
