The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Some pros:
It has the maximum support for hardware encryption protocols among MikroTik.
productive processor.
POEin (port 1) and POEout (port 10) (enables power redundancy)
Cons below:
Requires an understanding of how networks work and the specific logic of RouterOS developers.
Gets pretty hot even without load.
No USB port.
Incompatible poe standard with 802.3af/802.3at.
