Not idea for med to large cats
I bought this for my cats to keep them from waking me up at night when they felt their bowl was too low on water. The idea is good, but at least in this incarnation its a bit small for a medium cat. It was fairly light so one of my cats almost knocked it over in her traditional "bury" routine she does pawing around the dish. I would say this would be perfect as a travel feeder, or for a smaller animal like a ferret.
- My cats knock the food bowl a lot. They get their water dirty because the food falls in!
- The cat would flip it over!
