Cartridge will not fit in printer. That green cog on the right side of the cartridge doesn't flex like a real HP cartridge. Therefore, this cartridge cannot be used in the M118dw printer. and I could get it to match my printer. As previously mentioned, the spring loaded part seemed to be stuck in its correct orientation in the printer. I have returned 2 packs to Revain for a refund and posted my Revain review. I was very disappointed at the time because I had to print a newsletter and it was difficult for me to find a replacement due to the COVID closure. Soon the supplier contacted me and agreed to try a different toner cartridge. The new cartridge fits my printer and the printed pages are identical to those printed with a genuine HP cartridge. I don't know whether the new cartridge is different or whether the original was simply defective. As the seller is working to resolve the issue and due to the significantly lower price of this cartridge, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.
