The product came as expected and in much better quality than mentioned in other reviews. Also very easy to mount with protective glass. I like the rear handle with built in kickstand. I'm buying a suitcase for work. I'm a contractor and I carry a bag over my shoulder. The back handle makes it very stable to hold my Ipad and take notes. The pen holder is really well made. It doesn't let the pencil fall out at all. A few people have mentioned that silicon is a dust magnet and I was concerned about that. After a week of use I really don't see any difference in the amount of dust or dust. The volume button works well for me, doesn't stick and isn't hard to press. I think other people probably don't install it properly (user error). I consider myself a power user and this case suits my everyday use.
