I rely on the light. I don't need an assessment of my sleep, my stress levels, or the amount of oxygen in my blood, and I don't need a bunch of extra panels and knobs either. My demands aren't particularly stringent: just make sure your work is accurate while you're being trained. To a large extent, I find that this section on 4+ meets my expectations. Some pros: 1. The battery was quickly brought up to one hundred percent (approximately an hour) 2. The charge is maintained for an extended period of time. I take payments once a week. When I go for runs, I always have a GPS with me. 3. A pleasant user interface in addition to settings that are both convenient and adaptable. 4. Automatic determination of the type of training being performed. Having a few drawbacks 1. Maintains a GPS fix for an extended period of time. I activate detection five minutes before to the start of the "running outside" routine. 2. Even though the workout is always the same, the GPS will always determine a different starting location for it. On the other hand, the distance covered by "running on the street" can vary by anywhere from 200 to 400 meters over the same path, regardless of how the distance is measured.
