Put a strong new battery in the driver and it's a simple install

Easy to install although you will need to remove the mat first. The lock is pre-assembled to the frame so I had to figure out how to separate them. The best way is to unlock it and then use your thumb to pull the latch toward you while lowering the mandrel. I had no problems with the screws and was glad the driver came with the screws. The hole pattern is perfect for my F150. It seems strong enough to hold whatever I'm about to lug around.
