I've tried so many different running headphones it's hard to keep track of them all. So far I've found bone conduction headphones to be the best, but the sound left a lot to be desired. I don't like it when they stick something in my ears while I'm running. I sweat buckets in the southern humidity, and as soon as a little sweat gets in and around these types of headphones, they inevitably slip out. I also hate touch controls while running. It's just too hard to reach while running and properly touch the earbuds without missing them, tapping them too hard and shifting them so they fall out. I was looking for physically controlled headphones that were loose in the ear but also secure. They are perfect for that. They have a touch volume control feature on the left side and that's fine. There's a push button on the right earbud for pausing, skipping songs and receiving calls (actually, both earbuds have push buttons, but the left one works with one touch and the right one is click, but you can swap them out). I find the sound quality good. I put them in bass mode and they have great range and volume. I can hear some ambient noise from outside, but not a ton, which is fine when running. I have other headphones to isolate myself from the world and enjoy the highest sound quality. I don't need it when running. The kidneys sit perfectly even when running and don't move at all. They just sit in your ears without getting stuck in them and I love that. All in all, I'm glad I found her.
