Review on KidKraft 65878 Storybook Mansion Toy by David Gill

After a long search and thought, I decided on this dollhouse. When it arrived I was VERY glad we shipped it because the box is heavy! I assembled the dollhouse myself and it took over four hours. (I had a glass or two of wine which may have slowed things down). I really liked that each item was numbered and the screws were color coded and divided into sections. I wanted to take a picture of the box with the screw but I forgot. My only complaint about this process is that some of the boards have pictures on both sides and it was difficult to get the number off. I had to go online to find a picture of the finished product as there was no reference picture in the instructions. I have to say that any disappointment and wasted time was quickly forgotten when my daughter saw the finished product on Christmas morning :-). The house and furniture easily fit Barbie-size dolls, and multiple children can play with the dollhouse at the same time. Overall I'd say it's definitely worth the investment if you have the space. I was able to find it for sale at Walmart but couldn't make up my mind in time and missed the deal.
