Universal Cookie Cutter and Cooling Rack
This is a welcome addition to my culinary arsenal. Distributes heat evenly for even cooking of raw or frozen food. I use this pan and rack for cooking raw and frozen meat. Or just a baking sheet and a cooling pad. Very versatile, I would recommend.
