Review on 🎧 GoNovate G11 Earbud Mini Earpiece: 6 Hour Playtime + Magnetic USB Charger (Black) by Christine Wilkie

After buying two different colors, it turned out that the hahi color was much better than black. It held a charge for 4-5 hours but according to a few of my friends it looked like a hearing aid. The black one has only been used a few times and only lasted two hours. It then stopped loading altogether, as some have commented. It charges with blue light for one minute and stops. It doesn't turn on. Product packaging, functionality and service are on par, but the charging issue kills it. Both purchases were returned with no problems. Edit: After I wrote a review, the seller contacted to offer a free replacement with fast shipping. Although I have been asked several times to update the review, I wanted to make sure I test the product in normal use as much as possible. And I have to say that the replacement exceeded my expectations. This lasted an average of 6 hours on a single charge. No charging issues or other issues I've experienced before. I would give 4 stars but my problem may cause problems for others. Excellent customer service though. Hope that helps!
