I bought these replacement toner cartridges because OEM cartridges are outrageously expensive. I opened the magenta and everything was fine. The yellow cartridge contained powdered ink that spilled dust on the floor and near furniture, making a mess that needed cleaning, and soiling the floor easily. I also found a small piece of plastic that I can't tell where it came from. The blue cartridge then reports as empty on my printer but is printing well so far so we'll have to wait and see. I wish there was a manufacturer that offered the best quality but not at the OEM price. Unfortunately I bought these a few months ago to have on hand for when I need them and the return period has passed. Revision 12-2-2020: Customer service contacted me saying they support their product and offered to refund my purchase or send me a new set of cartridges. I requested a replacement and received them quickly and they work. I also figured out how to reset the toner levels by searching YouTube. I haven't deducted a star yet due to the initial issue, but overall I'm happy.
