Review on 💇 1" Hair Straightener and Curling Iron Wand with Floating Ceramic Plates (Flat Iron & Curler Combo) by Alexa Gay

My wife asked me to order this for our daughter and this is what she said: Our daughter is 11 years old and has very long hair which she likes to straighten. We currently have a cheaper hair straightener so I figured it might run hotter or run faster. The look of this straightener is really pretty and the plates are beautiful. When you plug it in, make sure you press the button to turn it on, as it won't turn on by itself. It heats up quickly and is ready to use straight away, which is always nice. When I used it to straighten my daughter's hair it honestly didn't seem to take much less time than the smaller, cheaper flat iron that was now being used. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was hoping for powerful and effective straightening in less time. He does his job, just not at the professional level I was hoping for. Also note that the settings are internal, so it's a little tricky to manage. As far as recommending this product, if you're in the market for your first straightener, I'll consider this one as well as similar products that cost less. If you're looking for a gift for someone, it looks great, but your recipient can't expect wonderful results. Thank you for taking the time to read our review. Have a nice day!
