Just delivered two days ago. I was disappointed to find that two of them wouldn't charge as the message showed they weren't compatible accessories. The box had an email from the company and a 1 year guarantee. However, to date, the company has not responded to two of my emails. Their customer service matches the quality of their product. Both are useless! Why do they claim to offer a 1 year warranty on products that don't work from day one? To make matters worse, they don't even respond to emails. UPDATE: The company finally responded almost immediately AFTER posting my initial review. Above. I am very sorry that in retrospect the main attention was paid to the request to revise the negative review. However, they replaced faulty chargers. I feel like I had to twist their arms with snide remarks to resolve the issue let alone respond. In any case, I just wanted to give all the facts so buyers can judge and decide. I have raised my rating from 1 star to 3. LATEST UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! Replace the chargers, now ALL won't charge, the tip of the charger is peeling off and won't connect to the iPad or phone properly. It keeps turning off and not charging. The iPad makes an annoying noise telling me it's not charging every 5 seconds. What good is the replacement if they also fail in less than a month?
