Does the job for batteries and chargers

Does the job. If you plug it in without a controller, all the lights will be green. If you place a controller on it that needs charging, it will turn red until fully charged. Just don't force anything on him. The DualShock controller will light up when attached. You don't have to force it and damage the charger.
