Highly recommended customer experience software

We were using repugen for more than 5 years and have seen an increase in our patient satisfaction scores. The best feature is the patient survey tool. We have been able to see the improvement in patient satisfaction and we are able to respond to issues in a timely manner. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the survey to be completed and that is not good. I wish that repugen had a way to track the progress of patient surveys. I would also like to have a better way to communicate with our patients on progress of survey. I would highly recommend repugen. Our patient satisfaction scores have increased which has benefited our patients as well as our staff.

  • It helps us keep all relevant information about each individual within one central database, allows quick response time when faced wth problems through email or phone calls from reps at reputed companies , provides complete history/record management system.and most importantly very easy access via smart phones /tablets etc..to manage different aspects required during clinic visit
