Review on Ginger Pomelo Scented Liquid Fabric Softener - Removes Static & Wrinkles, Plant Derived, 32 Oz by Clint Blackman

This scent is by far the best, most refreshing, and longest lasting of any hand soap I have ever used. Unfortunately, the packaging is awful! For one, plastic bottles are SO harmful for the environment- I wish they packed this in another container that is better for the environment. Besides the environmental impact, the bottle doesn’t seal well and the cap breaks easily. Two out of the three times I’ve ordered this product it arrived partially empty with a broken cap and product leaked all over the inner packaging (see photo). And they expect me to return this item for a replacement? How am I going to return a leaking bottle without a cap? The box was fully intact, so I’m not sure how or when this type of damage could have happened, but it’s really unfortunate.
