Review on ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Enhance your KitchenAid KSM2FPA Food Processor with the Silver Dicing Kit Attachment by Scott Ramu

I love it, especially the slicing feature. Highly recommended.

This is perhaps not what most people normally think of as a food processor, which to me looks more like a full-size blender. This "food processor" does not have a blender jug. Everything is designed for slicing, dicing, grating, grating, etc. Still I love it. The slice thickness lever makes it easy to choose the slice thickness and I love the dice function! I cook pico de gallo quite often and am used to hand chopping roma tomatoes and red onions. It took some time. I made pico last night with a dice set and it was the most evenly rolled pico I've ever made! Also, I read a negative review from someone who didn't like the cutting set and even claimed that their KitchenAid stopped when they tried to chop tougher foods like onions and carrots. I do not agree. It handled the hard red onions I went through with no problem. I think the other reviewer's problem was that he didn't read the manual. You need a KitchenAid speed of 4-5 for SOFT fruits and vegetables and up to 10 for hard fruits and vegetables. I bet the guy whose car stopped didn't rev up the engine for harder stuff. I look forward to using this attachment for things like pies (dicing fruit), O'Brien potatoes and potato au gratin, salsa, shredded cheese, etc. etc. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a KitchenAid mixer.
