The ability to set up multiple job posting, screen candidates online with ease of use.
Easy navigation bar makes it simple! I love that you can have more than one post going at once!! Nothing really but if they keep updating their program then we will continue using them so no complaints here. Their support team has been very helpful in getting me into this product as well.
We are able to reach our target market easily through web cruitter recruiting software which helps us get quality employees when searching out companies looking for potential hires.

Pros

Very easy process from candidate side all around including scheduling an interview appointment via mobile app or computer browser interface great customer service reps answering questions quickly..and quick response times during business hours (not weekends!) even over holidays & weekend days too good variety options available within platform.great analytics reporting tool included..easy search function across jobs posted by various employers etc...ability/opportunity provided users accesses other functions such is creating custom reports /
