I am an interventionist working with students in small groups. I look after over 30 students every day. I never know how her day went and what hits happened throughout the day. If I give a student a stress ball to use while class continues at my desk, they have something to do other than smoke. This can have a domino effect with one or two more students, so three helps! A positive message reinforces what I need to say without having time. Thank you!
