Sorry I hate to complain but this product is not worth the packaging it came in, not only that Cups were plastic and not glass but also when I first tried to use them two cups failed and I couldn't remove or reattach them from my patient, very disappointed this company shouldn't have the liberty to offer these kind of junk for sale.
