The product I received was clearly plastic bristles. Everything looks exceptionally inferior, which is to be expected from sets in general. But none of these products lasted very long. The card-sized beard comb had many or ridges in the comb teeth, apparently due to poor quality plastic or improper workmanship. But I had to sand them down before they could be used as they yanked my hair and it was easy to catch and pull the hair out. I would definitely suggest another product instead. If you just want a boar bristle brush like me. I would suggest using the signature grave before shave brush.
