I was skeptical at first. The pictures didn't really sell me the product, and I'm stupidly picky, so (as usual) I turned to the reviews. They convinced me to try them and I wasn't disappointed! These blades are very smooth and strong. They feel nice and store well in my flour/sugar containers. I buy an additional 1/3 cup scoop for my small containers and will continue to buy as needed. Note: I also measured the volume of the scoops and it appears to be 2 cups + 4 tbsp. I pour in a spoonful of flour and use a knife to line the flour up with the contours of the spoon. Now that I know the volume of the measuring spoon, I no longer need to use the measuring cup unless it's 1/2 cup intervals. Using a measuring spoon works well for flour and brown sugar, but not so well for white sugar (some fall out easily when leveled, losing about 1-2 teaspoons).
