Everyone says it's an easy and quick way to virtually remove calluses and other dead skin from your feet while leaving vibrant, healthy skin intact. I hate how rough and scratchy my feet get in late summer and it only gets worse with age. A standard salon pedicure only does so much. I thought of "Baby Foot Peel" but I don't like the idea of having to deal with two weeks of peeling skin. Based on what I've read about others' experiences, including instructions that come with an inventory tag! they need to stop doing this - this is the process I followed: 1) left on my old toenail polish 2) in a foot bath soaked in hot water with essential oils for a few minutes 3) wearing rubber gloves, applied gel to the butt and sides of the feet and also around the toenails 4) rested with feet propped up for about 4 minutes 5) rinsed in foot spa 6) still with gloves on, used a file and then a pumice stone to (easily) remove dead skin and calluses on the bottom and sides of feet 7) removed dead cuticles with a manicure tool 8) cleaned everything with a nail brush 9) washed and scrubbed feet 10) removed nail polish residue with nail polish remover 11) dried and moisturized feet. Very happy with the results - all the dried/hard/yellow flesh is gone and the skin on the legs is pink and fairly smooth. Still a bit bumpy so maybe I'll try again in a few days. I will definitely continue to use this product.
