So it was the first time for me to use the 2 3/4 inch biscuit cutter. It took 1 press to unhinge 1 end of the cutter. From that point forward, I have had to baby the set. I know it wasn’t a lot of money, but I needed something I could rely on. So I encourage you all to simply press your dough in a 1/2 inch square, cut all the ends off, and divide your dough into square biscuits. No need for useless cutters. By cutting the edges, it allows your biscuits to rise evenly with no limits. Save yourself the time and money.
