Review on Efficient Caregiver 433 📡 SYS Channel Central Monitoring System by Dragan Nelson

I have a small 6 bed nursing home. I just received and installed this system on 7/16/14. Has been running for 6 hours now. After initial evaluation and testing, it was a definite improvement over our old wireless doorbell system we bought from Home Depot. In general I am satisfied with the characteristics. A blatant blemish is immediately apparent, hence only 4 stars. The care pager does not have a built-in remote reset function. The reset button comes at an extra cost, but adds another element that my guardians only have to fiddle with for a remote system reboot. I would like to add that this is another item that can be lost or damaged. Without a remote reset, when a call is initiated, the device will continuously sound an alarm until the reset button on the device is pressed. This requires staff to go to the monitor to reset it before attending to the customer's needs. IMO it's just bad design. I see no reason why reset couldn't be built into the pager.
