No room for drum adjuster

Used as a derailleur housing stopper on the front and rear derailleur down tube. Well made and works, but the stops are too close to the downtube to accommodate the standard size adjustment knobs. It would be easy to design. Of course, the rear derailleur has its own barrel adjuster, but for the derailleur, you need a built-in adjuster.
