This was purchased as a gift for my wife and she's completely happy with it. The machine itself is a tank.all parts seem heavy duty and I can't imagine doing any kind of damage to it. The process to build the buttons is pretty straightforward though we did have to refer to the instructions several times.The only problem I have with this order was the included button making supplies. The circle cutter is like a 5 cent piece of junk and I'm not real impressed with the plastic button bakings. They just make the buttons feel a little cheap once they are done. If I was making this purchase again, I think I would buy the machine as a stand alone item and then order the supplies separately and get the metal ones.
