They are almost perfect. Due to the weight of the optics, they will slide back no matter what you do. If you need glasses underneath, your eyelashes can get caught in the glasses, which is annoying. The resulting image appears slightly smaller than usual, maybe 5%. It would be nice if this was adjusted, but that would also increase their price. Finally, it would be nice if the arms rotated. If you like lying on your stomach, you can turn it upside down for almost the same effective use as you normally would (except the hands are upside down in this case).
