The hard shell case was a major disappointment. As a loyal customer, I expected better from this brand. Computers are not cheap and I thought this case would provide adequate protection, but it failed miserably in my tests. The case felt flimsy and didn't fit my laptop properly, leaving it exposed to potential damage. The only positive aspect was the color options available. However, the cons greatly outweighed this, making it not worth the purchase.
