PERFORMANCE I really like this brush. I always use it instead of regular brushes. First, the brush is huge! Check out my video. I literally comb through a handful of hairs at a time. That's a big plus because the brush dryer gets the job done quickly. However, I would like to point out that this brush is NOT a replacement for a conventional dryer. Using a conventional dryer will definitely dry your hair faster. I straighten my hair with it. NO INJURIES Unlike a hair straightener, I don't have to worry about accidental burns. VOLUME + STRAIGHT HAIR I don't have to give up volume to straighten my hair. When I use a hair straightener, my hair straightens, but I end up with "paper" hair. That's not necessarily a problem because hairstyles come in many different shapes and preferences, but sometimes I want to add volume without having curly hair. It fills that need perfectly. SPINABLE CORD The swivel cord is definitely a plus. Hair styling involves alternating techniques in different positions. The cord doesn't fray with use and it's just handy because I can just focus on my hair. QUALITY CONTROL One thing I always look out for with electronic devices is third party testing. It's not often that electronic devices explode on people's faces, but it's not uncommon and I don't want to risk burning my hair or face. Also, I prefer third-party certificates because I know everything in the product is what the seller promises. This product is ETL certified. It's not as good as UL certification. But I use it with confidence that this product will not catch fire with use. WORTH THE PRICE I got this for about $35 at the time of writing. I found it reasonably priced compared to other products that claim to do the same. Also, I use this a lot and when I think about HOURS it saves me, OMG, $35 is such a great investment.
