Review on Kitfort toaster KT-2036, red by Agata Konarska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Amazing toasters! It has a chic vibe, serves up delicious toasts, and won't break the bank :) 8 power settings, including defrosting and reheating already-cooked bread. White bread develops a crispy crust but no "tan" at 3 power settings; at 4 loaves, it turns ruddy; and at 5, it's tanned but still chewy on the inside; I personally prefer settings 4 and 5. After reading the reviews, I noticed that some people have complained about a smell. I followed the directions and preheated the toaster without bread three times at full power with a three-minute delay between each toasting. Some people have complained that it is hard to acquire bread because it doesn't rise very high; nevertheless, the design is such that you can easily get little pieces with your hands by simply lifting the foot. It's best to read the manual first, as it contains many helpful hints (such as how to construct aesthetically pleasing toasts).

Pros
  • It has a lot of pros: high power (you can get a crispy crust and soft bread within), user-friendliness, aesthetics, lack of odor, and a cheap price.
Cons
  • The walls do not provide excellent heat insulation (but are bearable), and I find the power cord to be too short (though this may be an issue depending on the size of the kitchen).
