The design of the handbag itself is great: pockets in the right places, nice looks, easy-to-open zippers. The quality of the material is lacking. After less than 24 hours of light use, one side of the strap came loose midway and the stitching on the other side began to unravel. I don't even remember catching anything. I'm pretty conscientious and careful with my stuff, so I'd know if it snagged or pulled on something hard enough to tear like that. Even for a sub $20 wallet, the stitching and strap should have lasted much longer!
