[Edit: The seller did reach out and attempt to make the situation right. I had a replacement within a day of them contacting me, so their customer service is quite good. Unfortunately the replacement battery pack functioned exactly the same as the first. Leading me to believe it’s more likely an issue of design than it is having two faulty units in a row.]The product works as stated, and holds a decent charge when it works. The problem I’ve had with it (and others have too, it seems) is that the battery pack will shut off after a minute or two, despite the controller not having reached a full charge. At this moment, my controller is currently on its last bar of battery life. So I’ve plugged in the fully charged battery pack, but every minute or so I have been having to keep pressing the button to turn the battery pack back on. The controller is still on one bar, and the battery pack is still at 4/4 LEDs, so there should be no reason for the pack to shut off. And yet, it does. It’s quite annoying and honestly doesn’t feel like it’s even worth the trouble. I can’t tell if it’s poorly designed, or if it doesn’t fit perfectly, or what the reason would be. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re shopping for some sort of battery pack.
