Hello high pitched screech when at the wrong angle.

I bought this cable to run between my Astro Mix amp and the LucidSound LS40. Lucid Sound's standard 3.5mm cable was only 3 feet long and had no braid. needed an update. I have found that this cable puts a VERY high pitched squeak into my headset when hit or twisted/rotated not at a certain angle. I have never owned any other cable and have used at least 4 other cables/headsets with this and other Astro Mix amps. This is the only cable that introduces random and unexpected noise. Most likely just poorly constructed. The materials feel good, but clearly don't work properly.
