You should know that the vast majority of flash memory producers use the notation that a gigabyte is 1000mb, a megabyte is not 1024kb, but 1000, and so on. Gigabytes, the standard unit of data storage used by computers and other electronic devices, are considered "gibibytes" by these people. This is already the subject of class action litigation. The increase in memory in these drives has made an obvious and palpable effect, even though it was not so noticeable before (366GB out of 400).
