This formula saved my mouth. I've tried every regular and health food toothpaste I've ever seen and only this toothpaste has soothed my sensitive gums. My dentist has been pushing me for a gum transplant for years and this toothpaste has stopped my receding gums! Whatever insects love to inflame my poor tissues, they no longer feel at home in my mouth. This is NOT your regular toothpaste (colgate, tom's, etc). The texture is less creamy and the taste is quite earthy, like an earthy herbal tea blend. It is absolutely worth its price. Every time I thought "this is too expensive" and bought a tube of Tom or Jason or kissed myself on the face, my gum problems returned. I won't use anything else now.
