The waist is huge, the best in my rating

I would say I am an average size 4 in regular 4T clothing.
The waist was HUGE and now she was paying for clothes to have it altered. Do you think it's better than being too small?

Pros

Very well done. Nice outfit but definitely big.

Cons

The plaid dress design may not suit every style.
