
I don't know why it took me so long to switch from nonstick metal to silicone. So far I've made quiche, pumpkin pie bars, brownies, and cookie bars, and I've been able to take food out of the pan and cut it up on a cutting board. (I'm not going to use a knife on these pans anyway.) However, I think my favorite quiche is the quiche. It came straight out of the pot. I spread it on a plate, cut it and serve it on the table. On every attempt so far I've sprayed a little cooking spray into the pan, which can help get the item out of the pan. Cleaning was quick and easy. I'm only giving it 3 stars for durability as I've only had it for a few weeks. The time will show.
