Review on FORTOP by Shane Grosland

I was eager to try out FORTOP's online store for sports and outdoors equipment because I am a serious rider. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. The website was sluggish and frustrating to use, to begin with. Finding the items I wanted was a hassle, and by the time I found, many of them had sold out. I couldn't tell anything about the quality or characteristics of the products because of the vague descriptions. Second, I had a lot of technical difficulties when trying to place an order. I had to start over several times at checkout because of bugs and ambiguity. After much frustration, I switched to a different internet retailer. Finally, I tried contacting customer service for help, but I received rude and unprofessional responses. The representatives didn't seem concerned with helping me and gave me no options or advice. In general, I was really disappointed with my time spent purchasing at FORTOP's website. If you're searching for a quick and easy shopping experience, seek elsewhere.
