This product is absolutely beautiful in person. The outer shell is hard and holds up well. I think I had it for about a month. I had to wash the outer case first, it was in powder. But it fits my MacBook Air very well. I'd like it a little different on the edge of the elevator, sometimes it's difficult to get up, but that could be operator issues. I loved the keyboard use until this week. Now it crashes every time I open my MacBook. It doesn't stay the same. Maybe he lost his footing or something. I had to remove it because it has the wrong images in the middle of the F row keys. I don't like the look of the black keys so if anyone knows how to fix this please reply. I would really give this a 3.5 instead of a 4.
