Review on 🌀 ARCTIC Breeze - USB Desktop Fan: Flexible Neck, Adjustable Speed, Silent & Portable - Deep Blue by Aaron Thawngzauk

I bought this after my old plastic bladed USB fan finally died. I was disappointed that I couldn't find the same type again on Amazon, so based on the good reviews I chose this one. On the plus side, it's very quiet. He makes almost no noise at all. But that's mostly because I can exhale with more force than this fan. I can post a video showing how powerful it is. But it's minimal and I'm confused by reviews saying it's adequate or just moves the air well. My hair barely moves when I hold it in front of my face. If you think I could be wrong I actually bought two of them and neither of them did much. If, as the description says, it spins at 1700 rpm, it's only because it's small, not because it has a lot of power. Probably not worth sending them back for the minimal cost so I'll keep them and come up with something for them I think. upset.
