Fun and Festive Tissue Pom Poms!

I recently used these pom poms for a friend's birthday party and they added the perfect touch of color and texture to the decorations. According to my experience, they were easy to assemble and looked great hanging from the ceiling. Plus, they're a great addition to any arts and crafts project! The only downside was that they were a bit delicate, so a few of them tore during the assembly process.
