Did not arrive on the promised day. Nicely packaged in a zip bag. Didn't smell. Not good quality at all, quite stiff and solid. Authentic hair is much softer and easier to comb. The color was ok. The tops were crispy, like dried gel. Suitable in a pinch, but many products are of higher quality. You get what you pay for in this case.
