First time tryin a topper. Shipping was good, came with small gifts(nails sticker, hairtie, extra clips, needle threat to fix the topper) leaflet explains how to use/care/wash it. It is very soft like very healthy hair but too shiney. Scalp doesn't look natural but for the money it's acceptable. I used straightner in low heat. Only problem it sheds a lot. It gets static too. I think it is still great for its value. Nice change on your look for 10$.
