Broken parts when packing.
I would give 5 stars if some parts didn't break when packing. I was able to use some parts from my old device instead of broken parts. I'm on the road and didn't have time to deal with spare parts. The parts were slightly different than the original but still worked well enough. For the price you'd think the packaging could use a little more care.
