Review on ZYLISS Pizza Cutter Wheel Slicer by Steve Yang

I bought this product to replace a broken product that I have had for over 3 years and I love it. Unfortunately, the company has made minor changes to the design of the product, making this pizza cutter very difficult to use. For easy cleaning you should be able to pop open the red guard and remove the blade, but it's now so difficult to open that I ended up cutting my thumb and forefinger on the red guard trying to remove it to open. I've tried different ways and put my hands in different positions but couldn't find a solution or an easy way to open them without much effort or injury. As I have physically injured myself I will be contacting Zyliss to file a formal complaint about their new design.
