Compared to another product I bought for the front of my truck, this product had fasteners, instructions and a tool to wrap it around the license plate. The bonus is that it has plastic caps for the new screws that are included. When installing, make sure you place the bottom of the plate on the side of the holder with slots on the edge as shown in the attached picture to allow water to drain. out.
