I would say they run a little small. I bought 2 pairs of size 10 for my 4 year old daughter and they fit perfectly. I also ordered a size 7 for my 2 year old daughter, this is her normal shoe size at the moment but it was a bit tight so I did sent them back bought her 8. Nice little shoes. They were the ideal place for those little dressy shoes mom was looking for, with glittery hearts that make my girls feel whimsical and princessy. I also like the material that wipes clean easily as toddlers tend to mess things up. , Good quality for the price.
